Vault Pilates Geneva is housed in the old Farmers and Merchants Bank building on Linden Street, built in the early 20th century. The bank operated here until the mid-1960s, when Geneva's Urban Renewal project reshaped downtown and the bank relocated. The building later served as office space, then sat vacant for a time before a full restoration brought it back to life, adding a skylight that fills the main level with natural light and a mezzanine, once the bank's boardroom, overlooking the floor below. Before Vault Pilates, the space most recently operated as an event venue. Vault Pilates opened its doors on June 14, 2025. All three original bank vaults are still in the building. The main vault, which gives Vault Pilates its name, now serves as our changing room. The mezzanine that once held bank executives is now home to our private Pilates sessions, overlooking the Reformers in our main studio below.
