Meghan Ellis is a native of Canandaigua, NY and earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Healthcare from Canisius University, where she also competed as a Division I lacrosse player. She discovered Pilates as a game-changing tool for recovery, injury prevention, and core stability—and it quickly became an essential part of her routine.

Meghan brings an energizing mix of encouragement, athletic expertise, and feel-good challenge to every class. Known for her upbeat, supportive coaching style, she knows how to push you just the right amount while keeping you confident and motivated.

Outside the studio, Meghan stays connected to the sport she loves. She coaches high school lacrosse in the summer and recently completed her first season as Defensive Coordinator for the Canisius women’s lacrosse team.

When she’s not coaching or teaching, you’ll find Meghan spending time with friends and family, playing pick-up lacrosse with former teammates, or exploring new coffee shops around town. Her classes blend tough love with uplifting energy—you’ll leave stronger, sweatier, and smiling.
