Keri Humphrey brings a strong background in rehabilitation, movement, and patient care to Vault Pilates. Originally from Michigan and Connecticut, she moved to New York to earn her Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth University.
Keri has practiced physical therapy for five years and specializes in sports rehabilitation, vestibular rehab, and post-operative conditions. She first came to Vault when the studio opened and quickly caught the “Pilates bug,” eventually deciding to pursue Balanced Body Comprehensive Certification with Amy at Vault.
With her clinical background, Keri loves Pilates for its emphasis on body awareness, control, dynamic strengthening, and mobility. She is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through intentional movement.
Keri currently lives in Canandaigua, NY. Outside the studio, she enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, hiking, and skiing.
