Megan Kamler is a Rochester native with a lifelong love of movement. She began dancing at age four and went on to earn a BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona. After college, she returned home to dance with Rochester City Ballet, where she now serves as Co-Artistic Director.
Her early ballet training was shaped by her time at the Timothy M. Draper Center for Dance Education and summer intensives at The National Ballet School of Canada, Ballet Austin, and Edward Ellison’s Professional Training Program in New York City.
Megan was first introduced to Pilates during college and recognized its value in enhancing core stability, alignment, and overall movement efficiency alongside her dance training. In 2019, she began practicing more regularly and decided to pursue instructor certification through Evolution Pilates in Pittsford, NY.
Megan enjoys helping others explore mindful movement and is excited to support clients in building strength, improving mobility, and feeling more at ease in their bodies. She looks forward to moving with you!
