Group classes take place in our main studio space, and in combination, provide a complete workout experience. Group classes primarily utilize the Reformer and are supplemented by other props (foam roller, Pilates circle, ball, etc.).
At Vault Pilates, we categorize our classes to help you build your own personal program:
Foundation and Complete are both designed to serve as your comprehensive workout each week. If you only have time for one session, this is what we recommend. Foundation is tailored to those who are newer to Pilates, prefer a lower intensity workout, and/or want to get back to the fundamentals. Complete is designed for those who are proficient in the fundamentals and are looking for a challenge.
Special classes have a specific focus, such as cardio, strength, core, or balance. Each week, a variety of these classes will be offered, allowing you to personalize your program to meet your goals.
Restore classes focus on muscle recovery, flexibility, breath, and release. These classes round out your weekly program, rejuvenating the mind and body to help you move and feel your best.

Private Sessions give you the opportunity to work one-on-one with one of our expert instructors, and are tailored to your specific needs and goals. These sessions take place in either our private studio space or the main studio space, depending on equipment preferences and availability.
Private sessions in the main studio primarily utilize the Reformer, while sessions in the private studio have access to the Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrell, and Chair.
These sessions are highly recommended for individuals who are new to Pilates, those with a current or past injury, and as a periodic supplement to group classes.

Similar to our Private Sessions, our Semi-Private Sessions give you the opportunity to receive individualized attention from our expert instructors, but with a friend or partner, and for a lower cost per person!
These sessions take place in either our private studio space or the main studio space, depending on equipment preferences and availability. Semi-Private sessions in the main studio primarily utilize the Reformer, while sessions in the private studio have access to the Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrell, and Chair.
These sessions are highly recommended for individuals who are new to Pilates, those with a current or past injury, and as a periodic supplement to group classes.

Monthly Memberships are the most economical way to attend our Group Classes, as well as receive discounts on all other products and services! In addition to saving you money, Memberships are a great way to commit to and achieve your fitness and wellness goals!

Class packs are available for Group Classes only, providing a more economical option for those looking to take multiple classes, but perhaps on a less regular basis and with a lower commitment than is offered by our memberships.
Class packs must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Drop-in and one-off bookings are available for all of our class formats (group classes, private sessions, and semi-private sessions). This option provides the greatest flexibility and requires the least commitment, perfect for those who are in town for a short visit!

Monthly memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and automatically renew monthly. Memberships may not be paused, and require at least 7 days’ notice prior to auto-renewal to cancel or upgrade. Unused classes continue to rollover each month as long as the membership is active. Any additional classes you take within your membership period will be charged at your discounted tier rate.
